2023 Panda Forum on Power and Energy (PandaFPE 2023) will be held on April 27-30, 2023 in Chengdu · Charming Yard Nature Nook, China. PandaFPE 2023 is co-organized by Sichuan Society for Electrical Engineering and University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, sponsored by by State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company, Sichuan University, Southwest Jiaotong University, and Chongqing Society of Electrical Engineering, technical sponsored by IEEE PES, etc, undertaken by State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Research Institute, and media supported by Journal Proceedings of the CSEE, CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems(CSEE JPES), Automation of Electric Power System, Power System Protection and Control, Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy, Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems, POWER SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY, High Voltage Engineering, High Voltage, Electric Power Information and Communication Technology, Sichuan Electric Power Technology, Electric and Machines and Control, and Electric Power Engineering Technology etc. The theme of PandaFPE 2023 is "Low Carbon Power System and Digitization".

PandaFPE 2023 is an international networking platform for researchers in the highly active fields of power and energy, to listen, learn and discuss about the most recent scientific and industrial developments and advancements in the area, to explore the frontier of science and technology in power and energy, to identify new issues, and to shape future directions for research. We warmly welcome prospective authors to submit your research papers to PandaFPE 2023, and share your latest research results and valuable experiences with other top-scientists, engineers and scholars from all over the world.

Publication

*All submissions will be peer-reviewed. All registered and presented papers will be included in the PandaFPE 2023 Conference Proceedings (ISBN:979-8-3503-2117-3) (online publishing). After publication, the publisher will submit articles to EI Compendex, Scopus, Web of Science and other databases for review and indexing.

Peer Review Policy

All submissions to the PandaFPE will be peer reviewed, and each paper will be reviewed by 2-3 independent reviewer. Manuscript requirements:

1. Manuscripts must be written in English;
2. The manuscript should be written in accordance with the standard of template;
3. The topics of paper should be relevant to conference topics;
4. Plagiarism and Duplicate submission are prohibited;
5. Innovation and scientific value is a must
